Banana Hawaiian Bread


°1/2 cup soft butter

°1 cup of sugar

°2 large eggs

°1 ripe, mashed banana

°1 cup crush pineapple )

°2 cups of flour

°1 teaspoon baking powder

°1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

°1/4 teaspoon salt

°1/4 cup grated coconut


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In  bowl, cream the butter also sugar with a mixer until well and fluffy. Then add your eggs one by one and beat them together.

Add the mashed banana and the mashed pineapple.

In separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, also salt together. Then add it to the wet ingredients.

Add grated coconut flakes.

Pour the mix to a greased loaf pan (9″ x 5″). Placing in oven and bake for 60 mn

And lo and behold, enjoy our delicious homemade banana and pineapple bread!
