LONG JOHN SILVER’S BATTER

 

Ingredients:

°3/4 c flour

°2 tsp of cornstarch

°1/4 tsp of baking soda

°1/4 tsp baking powder

°1/4 tsp salt

°3/4 c of water

PREPARATION:

Sift the dry ingredients.Add water and mix well.Use to wrap fish or chicken fillets.Cover the fish totally.Fry to it becomes nice golden brown colour.
