Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • ½ Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice (cooled)
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
