200 ml of heavy cream

50 g of butter


Preparing the Vanilla Cream Layer:

Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Set aside.

powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.

Incorporate the Gelatin: If using sheets, squeeze out excess water and dissolve the gelatin in a small

saucepan over low heat. If using powder, heat the gelatin mixture until fully dissolved. Let cool

slightly, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.

Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well

combined and smooth.

Chill: Pour the mixture into a suitable dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Heat the Cream: In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to
